Theresa holds a law degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand and a Master of Laws from the University of New South Wales.

She has also been admitted as an attorney in the state of New York, USA and as a barrister and solicitor in the High Court of New Zealand.

Theresa has a lot of experience advising on a range of commercial transactions including international consulting, agency, distribution and licensing arrangements (including licensing arrangements in Russia, Canada, Indonesia, UK and the Middle East). Theresa has also advised clients on shareholders agreements, joint venture agreements, share sale agreements and franchise agreements.

Theresa likes to work closely with her clients to gain a better insight of their aims and goals and will work tirelessly to bring about the best results for them.

Theresa enjoys travelling and spending time with family.
