Steven is an Accredited Business Law Specialist.

In addition to business law, Steven has extensive experience and interest in property law and estate planning. Prior to joining Harris Freidman, he was a partner at a large national law firm.

Steven works mostly for small businesses and high net worth individuals. He is regularly referred work by a range of accountants and other lawyers who highly value his ability to quickly analyse his client’s needs and to advise on the best strategy to reach their desired outcomes.

Steven advises on and structures business agreements (including franchising), succession planning and asset protection, and property transactions (both residential and commercial). He also has substantial experience in wills and probate (including estate planning) and in estate litigation.

He has advised unincorporated associations, educational organisations, academics and private scientific entities on commercial, leasing and administrative law issues.

Steven is:
One of the founders and past President of Mount Sinai College and a current Life Governor of the College;
An Honorary Solicitor for NSW Macabbi; and
A Director of the Australian Foundation for Diabetes Research.

Steven has a talent for building long-standing relationships with staff and clients and for building networks. He believes strongly in teamwork and has a friendly, practical and down-to-earth approach.

In his spare time...
Steven enjoys cycling, theatre, movies and travelling whenever possible.
