Murray is an Accredited Family Law Specialist. He has practiced exclusively in the
area of Family Law since 1996 having attained his Specialist Accreditation in 1997.
Murray has many years experience in all aspects of family law, including large and
complex property matters. He also has extensive experience in child related matters
including relocation and Hague Convention cases. For many years he was on the Legal
Aid Panel of independent child lawyers.
Murray will offer realistic and sympathetic advice and will thoughtfully explore
all avenues of reasonable negotiation and alternative dispute resolution to achieve
a timely and cost effective settlement.
If Court proceedings are indicated or inevitable, he will provide effective and
proactive representation.
In his spare time...
Murray is married, with one son aged 17 years who is at university.
He enjoys yacht racing and fishing.
