Fiona is an experienced litigator who was admitted as a solicitor in 1996.

She acts for individuals and small to medium sized companies in a wide range of commercial litigation matters and in disputed estates. Fiona’s experience includes advising clients in relation to contract disputes, issues arising from breach of Trade Practices Act, disputed estates, insurance issues, negligence claims against professionals and administrative law.

Before joining Harris Freidman in October 2007, Fiona worked as a litigator at two national law firms. She specialised in professional indemnity claims and also litigated a variety of disputes ranging from small claims to class actions.

Fiona provides thorough, knowledgeable and practical legal advice and actively looks for opportunities to resolve a dispute right from the start of the matter.

Fiona is approachable and easy to deal with. She believes in taking a down to earth approach with her clients and making the legal process easy to understand.
